Enter: COMPANY NAME <Or Your Name> COMPANY ADDRESS < Your Address> TELEPHONE NUMBER <Need I tell you?> VAT RATE 1 VAT REGISTRATION NUMBER FAX NUMBER Item/Goods Add an Item to the Item List from Edit Add Item. Enter: CODE <NUMBER OR A CHARACTERS> PRICE <ENTER PRICE> DESCRIPTION <DESCRIPTION OF ITEM> Customers Add Customer Details to the Customer list from Edit Add Customer Enter: CUSTOMER NAME CUSTOMER ADDRESS <INVOICE TO:> DELIVERY ADDRESS <DELIVER GOODS> CUSTOMER NUMBER <AUTOMATIC -{NUMBER ONLY}> TELEPHONE FAX Now Save the data. INVOICER MADCAP-SOFTWARE ISSUING A INVOICE TO A CUSTOMER Select Enter Invoice from the Invoice Menu. Enter a Customer Number or a '?' to select from the customer list. If you want to issue a invoice to any one not in your Customer List { Sundry } enter '0' this will give you an opportunity to enter name and address for the Invoice. Now you have to select the Date. After this you can start to enter the data for the invoice. You can enter any code or a code from the item/goods list or you can enter '?' to select from the item/goods list. When you have entered all the data just press return on an empty item/goods code. PRINT You can now print this invoice. You can print either to the Screen or Printer. SAVE You can save this invoice so you can print it later from REVIEW, PRINT INVOICE. CANCEL Will not Print or Save the Invoice. Now you have gone to the start. Either enter a customer code, '?' ,'0' or select Cancel to exit from this function. I hope you find this 'Tutorial' helpful. Invoicer is quite simple to use. The best way to learn is to use it.
